Keith worshipped at Holy Trinity Smethwick for nine years before his death. Shortly before his death, knowing that was imminent I asked how should I pray for him. He said I should pray that he would know grace and peace in his manner of dying.
Keith demonstrated that grace and peace in the few weeks between being told he was dying and his death.
Days before dying Keith had been installed as warden of our parish. It was one of the last evenings he had but his sense of calling and that grace and peace was what struck us all.
Keith, it was a delight to know you and great to be challenged and argued with by you. You made a big contribution to the life of Holy Trinity Smethwick.
Keith’s funeral is Tuesday 19th June at 11am at Holy Trinity Smethwick.
